Our program is available for individuals for ederly people who has Medicaid and is approved for Long Term Care Service (LTSS) who need a secure and supervised setting during the day.

- Operation Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m)
- Daily Schedule: Clients get picked up starting at 8:00 a.m., breakfast, recreational activities, snack time, bingo, lunch, clients start to leave at 1:00 p.m.
- Transporation is provided

Fees vary based on income and the chosen method of payment (such as private pay, Medicaid, or long-term care insurance). For eligible participants, we offer a sliding fee scale. We are a licensed Medicaid provider under the CCC Plus Waiver (previously known as the Elderly, Disabled, and Consumer-Directed Waiver), and many long-term care insurance plans cover our services.
